EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Customer satisfaction is paramount for Philippa 1970, so if you are not happy with your order, you have up to 7 calendar days, from the day it was received, to make your exchange or return.
The product must be in perfect condition, including label, original packaging and delivery note to be able to make a return or exchange.
In an estimated period of 10 to 14 days, the amount will be refunded through the payment method used to purchase the product.
The corresponding courier costs will be borne by the client and will cost: 14 euros (Spain: peninsula and Balearic Islands), 15 euros (Spain: Canary Islands/Ceuta and Melilla, Portugal), 35 euros (Europe: Germany, Austria Belgium, Denmark, France, Holland, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Slovak Republic, Romania and Sweden), 55 euros ( Countries outside the European Union: United States, United Kingdom, Canada...).
*The fees, tariffs or customs expenses that may be incurred for returns from certain countries or Autonomous Communities will be borne by the customer.
Once the product is received to exchange or return, its condition is checked. If it is not in perfect condition (used or broken material), it will not be exchanged or returned.
