In a period of 4 working days you will receive your order in Peninsular Spain and the Balearic Islands. For orders destined for other countries and the Canary Islands, delivery will be made within a period of 5 to 10 business days.
SHIPPING COST
- Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands): 7 euros. Free on purchases over 150 euros.
- Spain (Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) and Portugal: 15 euros. Free on purchases over 200 euros.
- Europe (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden): 35 euros. Free on purchases over 250 euros.
- Countries outside the European Union : United Arab Emirates, Australia, Canada, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR (China), Israel, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Norway, New Zealand, Singapore, United States, China, Philippines, India, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Dutch Caribbean, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Curaçao, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Grenada, Guatemala, Guyana, Haiti, Honduras, Jamaica, Martinique, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Saint Barthélemy, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Uruguay, Venezuela * : 55 euros. Free on purchases over 400 euros.
*Any taxes, customs duties or customs charges that may be involved in shipping to certain countries or Autonomous Communities shall be borne by the customer.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Customer satisfaction is paramount for Philippa 1970, so if you are not happy with your order, you have up to 7 calendar days, from the day it was received, to make your exchange or return.
The product must be in perfect condition, including label, original packaging and delivery note to be able to make a return or exchange.
In an estimated period of 10 to 14 days, the amount will be refunded through the payment method used to purchase the product.
The corresponding courier costs will be borne by the client and will cost: 14 euros (Spain: peninsula and Balearic Islands), 15 euros (Spain: Canary Islands/Ceuta and Melilla, Portugal), 30 euros (Europe: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Holland, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, United Kingdom, Czech Republic and Switzerland), 55 euros (Europe: Bulgaria, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Slovak Republic, Romania and Sweden), 55 euros (Countries outside the European Union: United States, United Kingdom, Canada...).
*The customer will be responsible for any taxes, customs duties or customs charges that may be involved in the return from certain countries or Autonomous Communities.
Once the product is received for exchange or return, its condition is checked. If it is not in perfect condition (used or broken material), it will not be exchanged or returned.
